Tip of the day- clicker dog training tricks
This video shows how you can soften kibble as well as flavor it to use as training treats that are very small and stay together. Experiment with how much water you add to your kibble so that it is the right consistency for you. It is also better for digestion, as eating dry kibble can suck moisture from the body when it is digested if the dog does not have water with the kibble.

My dog is a shetland sheepdog. I heard that this is one of the best breads for agility. He loves to work and jump. I would like to start training him for that. But i am wondering if its still ok to start training him even if he is two years old.
of course. It’s a good age to start, he is now mature enough that his growth plates are finished and he most likely has a good obedience start to him I imagine?

I have started some distance work with Twix and teaching him to follow my body language. He will need this skill when we are out on the agility course. I am teaching him how to go out and around an object. Many think that one should not use a pole to send a dog around and I have not had a problem with this. My dogs know the difference between 1 weave pole and 12. So, I am not worried at all that this will ruin their weave poles. Here is a short tutorial on how to train this. You might need to use food to lure your dog around the first few times. My dogs all love to work for toys, so that is what I use. They will work for food, but would rather have toys. 
I threw in some footage of Bandit doing the final product and variations of it. I also added a few tricks at the end, just for fun.
